S.Pellegrino Young Chef Africa and Middle East 2017

Global Event Management Group are very proud to have organized the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2017 Africa and Middle East semifinal competition and gala dinner.

The regional competition took place at the International Centre for Culinary Arts; a world-class culinary training center in Dubai.

The challenge was taken by 10 talented rising chefs from the region and there was a distinguished jury of chefs to help select the final winner. GEM’s role was to help coordinate the smooth running of the event from start to finish. Manage the competition, the logistics for all the chefs and judges and to coordinate the production, AV and lighting throughout the event.

The winner, Sous Chef Vusumuzi , was announced later that evening at the gala dinner which took place at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel.

The elegant hostesses were provided by Premiere Hostess, Global Event Management Group’s hostess division.
