“An Evening Under The Stars”: An End Of Year Party 2019

Once again, GEM were tasked with developing a new and innovative end of Year party concept for one of our most valued customers.

Every year, finding the perfect venue and introducing fresh ideas becomes increasingly challenging. For this year’s End of Year event, Global Event Management (GEM) decided to take the celebration to the Emirates Golf Club for a stunning experience called “An Evening Under The Stars.”

Guests were welcomed through a beautifully lit archway with three sway pole performers, accompanied by chilled house beats from female DJ Lins. A three-course sit-down dinner was served, complemented by the mesmerizing performance of our electric violinist in a stunning white dress, projected onto as part of the ambiance. The festoon lighting created a magical light show, adding to the elegance of the dinner and the awards ceremony that followed.

After dinner, guests were treated to a spectacular firework display before moving to the Duospan tent, transformed into a mini nightclub. With projection mapping on the interiors and a black-and-white chequered dance floor, the night continued with live music from the company’s own band, followed by another set from a female DJ, keeping the guests dancing until the early hours.
