A Cisco Company Event: AppDynamics

AppDynamics (a Cisco company) is currently the fastest-growing application performance monitoring solution in the market focused on enhancing the customer experience. Each year the company hosts a global roadshow to introduce its new products to immerging markets. 300 guests from across the region attended the final stop of the roadshow this year at the beautiful Mandarin Oriental in Dubai.

The day comprised of three parts:

Part One: The exhibition of the demo pods in the pre-function area including related sponsors such as IBM and Teleperformance for delegates to test out the products in real-time. Each of these 10 pods were custom-built, branded and connected to high-speed internet to ensure optimal performance.

Part Two: The conference, which took place in the Mandarin Oriental Ballroom and included 12 iconic industry speakers from AppDynamics, Cisco and other recognized companies. The speakers addressed the crowd from an impressive 14m stage with two of the latest 2.9mm thick LED screens on either side to enable split-screen capabilities when demonstrations of the platform were required. Numerous Coffee breaks and a generous standing lunch were served between each of the conference breaks and included a variety of options for each person’s tastes. This included two coffee counters for delegates to order their latte of choice.

Part Three: The cocktail reception, thanked guests for having attended the full day of conference activities and invited them to the stunning beachside patio. The area was decorated with branded AppDynamics items, including sunglasses, towels and Gobo lighting. Guests were welcomed by custom AppDynamics cocktails and encouraged to enjoy the sounds of the DJ and Saxophonist while the sunset to an incredible day. Each guest left with a branded gift as a souvenir to remember their time at the AppDynamics Global tour.
