KIZAD Business Council Event - JW Marriot Marquis

Strategically located between the cities of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, KIZAD offers businesses outstanding access to markets through sea, air, road and future rail; connecting businesses to more than 4.5 billion consumers. This, along with promoting KIZAD and Abu Dhabi Ports to international business councils in the UAE, was the premise for the Kizad event held at the JW Marriott Marquis from 18-21 March.

We were tasked with all on-site branding and installation, stage design, translation setup and technical production, along with registration and guest list management. We ensured the general onsite event management ran smoothly for the 4-day event.

The highlight of the event saw the Russian and Chinese signing ceremony to mark the establishment of long term business relationships. We achieved overall successful communication and smooth execution of the Kizad event and looks forward to carrying out further events as the preferred supplier.
