The beautiful FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah was host to the Medallia City Tour networking event that took place on 28 November 2018. Global Event Management were tasked with creating an enthralling and memorable event for Medallia that emphasised the company’s objective to help companies win through excellent customer experience. Part of their worldwide city tour to meet new potential clients and service current clients in each market, the event aimed to introduce their customer’s acquisition products and help companies to retain and understand their clients better.
On arrival, guests were greeted by a branded registration desk and two experienced hostesses waiting to check guests in and ensure them of the full VIP treatment. The event got underway with a sit-down lunch for all guests, before moving into the Elevate conference room for the day’s proceedings, where top clients from Al Tayer, Majid Al Futtaim, Landmark Group, Du and more were taken through a presentation on how best to use Medallia’s products to retain customers through a first-rate customer experience.
GEM undertook the complete management and planning of all audiovisual requirements as well as event setup, stage design and lighting, and organising a photographer who took photos throughout the day and evening’s proceedings. Evening drinks and canapes were held at Above 21 – an upscale whisky and cigar lounge housing rare whiskies and fine Cuban cigars in a modern Gatsby setting, and boasting an exquisite view of the Palm Jumeirah and the Ain Dubai – the highest observation Ferris wheel in the world.
GEM was able to deliver a fruitful networking event specifically designed for the company’s most distinguished guests, exceeding expectations and making for an exceptional experience that surpassed similar events the company had done in the past.
