MTECH End of Year Party

The Brief

MTECH approached GEM to organize a sophisticated and memorable Christmas party for their head office teams. The goal was to secure a high-end venue, design a cohesive event plan, and ensure a seamless, exceptional experience that celebrated the company’s successes. GEM was responsible for coordinating all logistical aspects, from venue selection to entertainment, ensuring an unforgettable evening.

The Solution

To create an elevated yet relaxed atmosphere, GEM secured a private area at Signor Sassi on the Pam for a chic pre-dinner reception. Guests enjoyed a curated selection of canapés and drinks while being entertained by a walkaround illusionist, adding a touch of charm and mystery to the evening. A vintage photobooth was also chosen to match the ambience of the venue, and fit the space, this was very much enjoyed by the guests as they posed for keepsake photos with their colleagues. A present exchange was organized and added a personal and festive touch.

After two hours of relaxed networking and entertainment, GEM guided the group across the terrace to Aretha, a breathtaking venue known for its lively atmosphere. Here, guests indulged in a stunning three-course meal while experiencing Aretha’s high-energy live show featuring world-class musicians, dynamic vocal performances, and immersive entertainment.
