VitrA Flagship Showroom Launch

VitrA asked GEM to organize the grand opening of their new Flagship Showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. VitrA wanted to create a buzz around the launch and attract professionals such as interior designers, architects, hoteliers, and developers.

VitrA wanted to host an invite-only event to target professionals in the industry. The event was designed to be exclusive and intimate, with a focus on showcasing the new showroom. Our challenge was to turn their stunning showroom into an appropriate event space without interfering with the look and feel of the carefully curated Showroom design, and without blocking the view of any of the VitrA products on display.

VitrA executives from around the globe were ready to welcome their guests on arrival at the Atrium adjacent to the showroom. We transformed this space to an exclusive networking area with a celebratory tone by installing a large Red Carpet, with event lighting, background music, cocktail tables, media wall and branding.

Guests excitedly moved inside ready to be impressed by VitrA’s beautiful designed showroom. GEM enhanced the earthy colour scheme already running through the showroom by incorporating boho chic elements into the selected décor at the entrance and on the cocktail tables with pampass and other dried flowers. 

An exclusive menu of exquisite canapes were served, which not only looked like pieces or art, but were also delicious. Our creative mixologist served elegant bespoke drinks designed with the VitrA colours in mind and named after VitrA product categories. These aspects added to the exclusive look and feel of the event, and complemented the Showroom’s décor perfectly.  

Guests were entertained with the perfect Jazz trio who looked and sounded fabulous and gave the event a stylish and joyous atmosphere. Guests were also thrilled to have their outfits drawn by our talented artists onsite as a take home.

The opening of VitrA’s show room was extremely memorable, and a huge success which generated a lot of interest and excitement among professionals and continued to position VitrA as a leading player in the industry. GEM hugely enjoyed working on this event with the VitrA team.
