Gulf Oil International Global Conference 2017

We were selected to organize the three-day Gulf Oil International Global Conference 2017 from October 31st – 2nd November in Dubai.

The 3-day conference brought together 200 delegates from 66 countries across the globe, with the presence of Sanjay Hinduja, Gulf Oil International Chairman, and Frank Rutten, Gulf Oil International Vice President.

The 3-day occasion was a mixture of business conferences, gala award dinners, and social activities for delegates to have the feel of the host city – Dubai.

Our role was to help coordinate the smooth running of the event from start to finish. The team organized and coordinated the conferences, lunch and dinner functions and social activities for the delegates during the three days.
