“An Evening Under The Stars”: An End Of Year Party 2019

Once again, GEM were tasked with developing a new and innovative end of Year party concept for one of our most valued customers.

Every year it gets more difficult to find the right venue and also ensure we introduce new ideas which they haven’t seen before.

GEM decided to take them to the Emirates Golf club for “An Evening Under The Stars”.

Guests were greeted by a beautifully lit archway, and 3 sway pole performers, along with chilled house beats from female DJ Lins. Guests were treated to a 3 course sit down dinner whilst listening to the beautiful performance by our electric violinist, wearing a beautiful white dress, which we projected onto. The festoon lighting created it’s own light show during the dinner and awards to follow.

After dinner, guests were surprised by a huge firework display before moving into the Duospan tent, which was turned into a mini nightclub, with projection on the interiors, a black and white chequered dance floor and music from the company ‘s own band, followed by yet another female DJ to end to the evening and have them dancing until the early hours.
