Flamingo Beach, Mad Max & Ibiza White Party

GEM was appointed for the 4th year running to take care of a top Dubai consultancy’s annual outing.

This year, we chose the luxurious Fairmont Fujairah Resort for an unforgettable experience. The exclusive event saw 400 guests transported in style from Dubai on VIP coaches to the privately bought-out hotel.

Upon arrival, guests were welcomed to a Miami beach-style pool party, featuring world-renowned Sax player Laura Fowles and DJ Ben Santiago on the decks. Every aspect of the event, from the concept and design to props, pool games, photo opportunities, and catering, was meticulously planned by the Global Event Management (GEM) team.

After some time to refresh, guests gathered at the front of the hotel, where 10 pimped buggies transported them to the helipad, where they were greeted by a dynamic array of entertainment. A stunning fire performer display with "Mad Max"-inspired costumes set the scene, while the Calvos boys from the UK captivated the crowd with their mesmerizing glass ball manipulation. Neon-lit bar flair performers amazed guests by creating cocktails in a dazzling juggling style. All performances were accompanied by the lively sounds of DJ Ben and Sax player Laura.

As the evening progressed, things turned to white. Our fire performers and Calvos returned in stunning white and silver costumes, adding an extra touch of glamour. After dinner, guests were treated to vibrant Ibiza disco performances by the legendary Barbara Tucker and her troupe of dancers. With three costume changes and a surprise performance by local artist Simone Cooper, the energy in the room was electric.

The night continued with an incredible laser light show that synchronized perfectly with the beats of DJ Q, an Ibiza regular. The finale saw International DJ Javi Bora take over, playing into the early hours, ensuring the event ended on a high note.
