Our Events

The stunning and expansive beach at Ritz Carlton Al Hamra in Ras Al Khaimah set the stage for a weekend of rest, respite and recreation where 800 colleagues could unwind and enjoy themselves. With ample space available, our objective was to create an intimate vibe while offering a diverse range of activities to cater to everyone's interests, and encourage fun, laughter and self-expression.

GEM had 12 hours to transform this desert space for a second party with a very different vibe to Neon Utopia. Changing the venue in such a short amount of time was a challenge. Meticulous planning and logistics were in place to ensure all teams could move into the space and make all the necessary changes so the venue was ready for the second nights celebrations. The efforts really paid off, and GEM, and our client, were thrilled with the transformation and the outcome of our Elysian Dunes Event.

In early March 2023 GEM Events organized and hosted the amazing Bostonbury Festival for a valued client. Guests were treated to a variety of music genres as well as hits from international stars: Martin Solveig, Tinie Tempah and Fideles.
